Seaside Heating and Air Conditioning has been providing quality service to San Diego County for since August 2000.

Jay Sebring and Charles Balcar, decided to start their business after working together for over 22 years. Starting out in a small “garage” style office as owners/operators they have grown into a full commercial and residential HVAC service provider.

Seaside moved into a larger office complete with warehouse for stocking essential equipment to provide faster repairs and maintenance. Their combined experience in reliable and personal service extends throughout the office and technicians with fast and friendly employees.

Seaside currently has 21 employees, which enables us to ensure proper HVAC support for large commercial buildings and shopping centers as well as the repairing and maintaining of residential equipment.

Seaside’s dedication to customer satisfaction and the value of quality service means you will still see both owners responding to service calls and performing preventative maintenance every day.
